Intelis technical leadership supports consultants through architecture discussions, implementation guidance, and quality reviews. We also check in with you to address feedback and keep expectations aligned. The support arrangements are defined around your team’s needs at the start of the engagement.
Our technical team is based in Brazil and works remotely with US teams. Consultants collaborate with you in English, with working hours and meeting availability agreed before the engagement begins. We plan overlap around your time zone and collaboration needs.
Pricing depends on the consultant’s role, experience, and agreed allocation. Your proposal sets out the rate, billing schedule, included support, engagement term, and notice requirements. We focus on ongoing relationships, with any changes to allocation or duration handled under the agreed terms.
We work with you to understand the issue and agree on next steps, which may include additional support, adjustments to the engagement, or a replacement. When a transition is needed, we coordinate knowledge transfer and onboarding to help maintain continuity. Timing and arrangements depend on the circumstances and your agreement.
Confidentiality, access requirements, and ownership terms are agreed before work begins. Consultants follow your approved access procedures and security policies. Any use of AI tools must follow your policies and approval requirements. The agreement defines ownership of deliverables and the treatment of pre-existing or third-party materials.
We start with a conversation about your team, data environment, and priorities, then propose a suitable consultant and engagement terms. US client engagements are contracted through Intelis Group LLC. Once the consultant and terms are approved, we coordinate access, tools, working hours, and a start date with your team.
